With 115 m2 and 3.5 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room and 1 kitchen), the accommodation offers plenty of space to stay for 4 to 6 persons. The 115 m2 are distributed over one floor, which is at the low ground level. The apartment has very large windows, is very bright and light-flooded and no expense was spared in the interior design and furnishings. The ambience is rustic luxurious and a lot of high-quality solid wood was used. The furniture is all unique: be it the workbench, which was converted into a dining table in the kitchen, or the double bed and the bunk bed, which were made by a Davos carpenter from antique wooden beams from an old Graubünden barn. The 2 office tables were made from a single solid oak board and the cracks in the wood were filled with zinc.
The living room and dining room are in the same room. They are furnished to a high standard (e.g. Chesterfield couch, solid oak monastery table) and the 65'' TV offers Swisscom TV (included) and Netflix (you need to log into your account).
The kitchen is huge and fully equipped with an induction hob, two ovens, a dishwasher and a ZUG fridge. Crockery, cutlery, pots, etc... are of course also included.
The internet connection meets the highest standards, as a home network has been specially set up according to company standards. This means that there is a LAN (cable) connection in every room and in the entire accommodation the WLAN always shows the full number of bars on the display.
The apartment has its own bathroom with shower. In summer, you can use the communal garden, which is equipped with a great children's playground.
